Riccardo is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute for Renewable Energy of Eurac Research. His main research area is in the field of energy efficiency in buildings. In particular, Riccardo deals with advanced envelope systems, both for new and existing buildings, ensuring high energy performance in the building as well as high indoor comfort for the users. Energy modeling and hygro-thermal simulations are the main instruments that he uses to assess the performance of the building.
